Summary of course
The course covers the different applications for fan convectors when heating a wide range of buildings including schools, offices, healthcare and offices. It covers the requirements for school heating stipulated in the Building Bulletin 101. Energy efficiency when heating buildings is also covered.
Who is it for?
Engineering technicians through to Chartered Engineers that are looking for an insight into heating of schools, offices, churches and healthcare buildings using fan convector technology. Additionally, Architects and clients would also find it an informative experience. Whilst it is not required that the delegates are experts in heating technologies, a basic understanding may prove useful.
What will delegates learn?
Delegates will understand the applications for fan convectors and will have an appreciation of the guidelines for heating schools. They will also understand how fan convectors are an ideal solution for heating buildings with varied use such as schools. Delegates will understand how Smart Controls can be used to improve efficiency, comfort and system management.
