Additionally, he will identify areas for improvement, explore innovative ideas, and investigate opportunities to use cutting-edge technologies, materials, and processes.

Neil’s role will ensure continuity of the high-quality standards of Smith’s products and to maintain compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management. He will also drive the established environmental performance of Smith’s to continually improve maintaining certification of ISO 14001 Environmental Management. He will manage and drive the project towards the successful achievement of certification of ISO 45001 Health and Safety Management, certification to ISO50001 Energy management, and ISO 27001 Information Security Management. Neil will also manage the health and safety of Smith’s employees.
