Smith’s boosts its team with 2 new salespeople, a Technical Manager and 2 internal appointments to ensure Smith’s maintains its high level of Customer Service to its UK & Ireland team
Smith’s Environmental Products have added two new Regional Managers to its sales team. Covering the Thames Valley, Northamptonshire and Gloucestershire Taylor Tranckle has joined Smith’s from AO Smith Water Heaters where she spent 3 years as an internal/external Senior Account Manager.
Also joining the team is Sammie Batchelder. Sammie covers the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Mid-Wales and Leicestershire. Sammie joins Smith’s from Baxi where she spent 3 years starting as a Graduate then moving to an Area Sales Manager role.
With Taylor and Sammie joining we now have a sales team of 7 with Jon Goring (London and the South East) and Lee Nickless (North West). Smith’s have 3 very experienced Sales Agents in Steven Till (Yorkshire/Nottinghamshire/ Lincolnshire), John Kew (South Wales and the South West) and Kenny Kilmartin (Scotland). We have one more vacancy in the South East to fill.
In addition to the new members of the Sales Team Smith’s are delighted to welcome back Graham Heaton as Northern Technical Services Manager. Graham previously worked for Smith’s as Regional Sales Manager in the North West.
Graham is responsible for Technical Sales/After Sales and Customer Service in the North of the United Kingdom. 20 years of experience as a plumbing & heating engineer and 20 years of commercial experience in the plumbing & heating sector
As Smith’s business continues to grow we are also building the internal team to ensure we maintain our high standards of Customer Service. To do this we have two new members of the team – Natasha Cobb who joins us as a Sales Office Assistant and Lara Eardley, who joins us as a Production Planner.
